作为一个陪练，我们应该切切实实做些什么呢？既然做了，就不应该浪费，况且每次会员们的声音当中总是有些不同的期待。因此，我把这个问题提交上来。
For Discussion:
1/ You should always smile .Do remember ,people always feel your smiles on the other side of the telephone even though they can't see you.
保持微笑。即使人们看不见你，他们总能在电话另一头感觉到你的微笑。
2/ Be sincere and always think in the others' shoes. Just imagine what you'll think or feel if you're the Enligh learner instead of a teacher.
真诚对待会员，从一个学员的角度出发，以他们的思维和感觉想问题。
3/ Make some conclusions always at the end of the talking. Help the learners find out their problems systematically. Never let them "slip" away with bunches of problems that are not yet or will never be solved. Everytime when I point out the problems in their conversation, they'll feel it's worth of their time and money and what's most important, they get something real and concrete from you instead of idling away half an hour night by night--with you.
确保每天在会话结束都能系统地为会员提出问题。不要让他们带着尚未解决或永远解决不了的问题溜掉。具体的问题和解决方针会让他们感觉自己付出的时间和金钱是值得的，更重要的是，他们每天晚上不会和你一道重复浪费30分钟。
4/ Give them some long-term advice because they really want to improve English skills in a short period.
